It's an auto 10, no discussion. Bertuzzi got this years ago for same thing.

If Clowe did conclusively come off the bench then yes he should recieve a game or perhaps two.

The real question is did Shaw deliver a dirty hit, then the league needs to police that quickly and immediately. Regardless of whether came off the bench or not.. Seabrook was third man in and should be considered in any suspension situation... simply because the league cannot come out and say that what Clowe did was in any way worse than what Shaw did.

But in all likelihood Shanahan will wait too long to make "his ruling" and get it wrong.

And none of that will matter because Kerry Fraser will come out and say that whatever the outcome is "that was officials following the rule-book to the letter". Like he always did... except when he didn't.

That was more in relating to Clowe getting 10

I would likely give Shaw 6

3 for the hit and 3 for it being his 2nd suspension hit in a year
